Castellers: The Amazing Human Towers

In his ~3-minute film, Casteller, Mike Randolph captures the inspiring Catalan tradition of "castellers," where teams of men, women and children ("castellers" in Catalan) -- hundreds of them at a time -- gather in the city of Tarragona, Spain every two years to see who can build the highest and most intricate towers of people. An inspiring testament of will, strength and courage that epitomizes the meaning of working together. When one goes, we all do.
